In 1895, after the invention of the British electrophone, the idea of headphones was drawn up. It was a subscription-only tool, used by phone lines to change live performance in the home. In 1910, the world saw Nathaniel Baldwin's first pair of headphones linked by wires. The first 100 pairs were interesting enough, selling to the U.S. Navy. Over time, headphones changed a lot, from luxury to a basic tool to daily life. Nearly three decades on, dynamic headphones for home use, the Beyerdynamic DT-48, were invented for the first time.
