Often for months, you study... Then a break, a business adventure or the stupidity of life ruined you. Well known sound? Well known sound? This is how we should be kept fit and nutritional: people who try diligently (and stay) for months, but fall behind on holidays or in a wide schedule. This is the most common pattern that I find to be a fitness and nutrition coach. It's easier and simpler than you thought. It is also a seesaw that works physiologically. Train regularly for an impact on your wellbeing and your work–heart, blood pressure, respiratory system, metabolism, muscles, and bones. Avoid your exercise and body.
