Although for nearly three hundred years I've been practicing Yoga, I am still continually reverting to "simple" positions. I have worked with sophisticated positions but with the smallest threat, the most long-term benefits seem to be the beginner friendly simple positions and methods. Without supernatural power or mobility, we can activate and lubricate our articulations, improve posture and balance, stimulate digestion, increase energy, relieve our nervous systems, and at each stage of life generate mental focus and clearness.
A gentle turn is the equivalent of yoga if you click the reset button to activate myofascial stress patterns.
